Complimentary Therapies
Riki attended the University of Westminster in London, obtaining a degree in Herbal Medicine in 2003, since when she has been a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH).
In addition to running her own successful practice, Riki has written a book on eating for optimal health entitled LOVE LIFE — EAT WELL, along with articles for magazines and newspapers.
She also runs Herbal MedicineandHealthy Eating workshops, as well as Herbal Walks for members of the public.
Having discovered for herself the wonderfully calming effects of massage in her quest for complete relaxation, Riki obtained an ITEC and IFPA diploma in Aromatherapy Massage / Reflexology, plus a diploma in Indian Head Massage.
She then decided to further her knowledge of Complementary Therapies and the holistic path to health and well-being by studying a unique approach to the body’s joints and muscles called Body Shift, the results of which are truly remarkable. Riki then went on to gain a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Greenwich University in 2006 and became a lecturer in Complementary Therapies. She also runs Spiritual Meditation groups in her local area.
